Grand and spacious 3 bedroom double bricked Art Deco apartment, feels more like a house, on Edgecliff Road (block of 3). Large modern kitchen with a separate dining room next to a good sized office. A sun-filled, furnished balcony off a large sunny living room with a gas fire. An original walk in shower in a large main bathroom and separate bath.
Many of the living areas are able to be shut off for privacy and space which makes this a a great home to share with others. The proportions of this apartments living rooms are large. There is plenty of parking if needed on the street. The room has built in's and also comes with an ensuite, it has lots of natural light and was freshly painted in the last 12 months.
Just a 3 minutes walk from the train station, buses and shopping centre. A short walk to Double Bay and Queen Street, Woollahra and Bondi Junction.
Hi there my name is Suz and I am just getting used to being in my 40's originally from NZ and I work for a wine magazine. I have lived here 6 years and the place is so good I just can't leave! I enjoy cooking, going to the farmers markets, going to see a film, catching up with friends and enjoy the odd dinner party. Andrew is early 40's and works at KPMG he is only here about 4 nights a week as he spends his weekends in Orange and is often travelling for work. We are both very easy going, enjoy the occasional dinner together when everyone is about or glass of wine, we are both very easy going and are looking for a third to join our lovely home.
We catch up for dinner about once a week and will sometimes entertain together with friends. The Apartment is fondly referred to as 'Shirley'. Which is it's name and it is a very friendly community. We take up the entire top floor of the apartment and the neighbour is below who we get on very well with.
Looking for a good mix of social and independent flatmates who like to catch up for the occasional drink and meal but also have their own lives and are considerate to their flatmates. This place is a home not a flat and we very much enjoy living here. No couples please.
