Preferences
One of our flatmate is going overseas for one month so the room (shared with another girl) is available for one month (3rd of April to 3rd of May) while she will be away.
Only 4 people in the whole 2 storey 2 bedroom apartment, master room available for 1 female - 1 girl is already living in the room, so you will be sharing room with her.
1 week bond, 1 week in advance.
All bills included, nothing more to pay.
Only a few minutes walking to Darling Harbour, Market City, close to UTS, TAFE, Central Station, Ultimo library is across the street.
Unlimited Wifi internet access,TV, we do regular cleaning every week to maintain the flat, free dishwashing soap, free toilet paper, new washing machine, dryer, fridge, coffee machine, etc.
You will have your own wardrobe, Pillows, Pillow cases, mattress, blanket are provided.
You will have your own swipe card with full access, living in the master room, clean flat. You will feel like home. If you think you have the same purpose for cosy living, you are welcome for inspection.
