This property is a large 5 bedroom house and we have 1 large double room available. The room is one of 4 share rooms in the house. There are 2 rooms independent of the remainder of the house and 1 of these rooms is available. These 2 rooms are almost fully self-contained including their own kitchen, bathroom, living area, large TV, large fridge etc. Utilities are included to a reasonable limit. Rooms offer privacy and security in a quiet location.
The rooms include their own:
• Queen size bed with 2 pillows and linen
• Side table/drawers
• Bedside lamp
• Built in wardrobe with drawers, shelves and hanging space
• Chest of drawers
• Desk with drawers and chair
• Study light in ceiling over desk

Bedrooms and living area are neat, clean and newly renovated.
Bedrooms measure 3.8m x 3.5m (Just over 13m2) and the living area is over 20m2. These areas are in addition to the bathroom and kitchen.
The kitchen is new and includes sink, induction cooktop, range hood, convection microwave and ample storage. All cookware, crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. This kitchen is independent of the main house kitchen and is for exclusive use of tenants.
The two rooms will also share their own modern bathroom, living area, sofa with fold out bed, dining table and chairs, 400l fridge/freezer and 50" flatscreen TV and reclining massage chair.
The area is served by its own ducted air conditioner and heated by gas/wood heating which is also used for the remainder of the house.
This home is currently a mixed gender home. The other occupant in the 2 independant rooms is male.

High speed ADSL2+ internet is included via connection to your own wireless dual band modem.
The house is a short walk (less than a minute) to a bus stop. This service provides a direct link to Adelaide city via the O-Bahn and also via roadways to Mawson Lakes via the M44 bus route.
Within a short 5 minute walk is local shops with supermarket, chicken, pizza and Thai take away, doctor, dentist, physio, chemist, hairdresser and DVD hire.
The M44 bus also links directly to the Golden Grove Village shops and Tea Tree Plaza.
The weekly rental rate is for 1 person per room. Rent for 2 people would be $240. 00 per room. Rent includes electricity, water and gas up to a reasonable limit.
