I have this apartment very well located in Docklands and im in search of a great couple to be part of our international home.
Im a guy from Peru but living in Melbourne for last 7 years so I feel like a local and I love this city.
Im in between jobs at the moment so im driving for Uber at the moment and I also giving Spanish and boxing lessons so all this keeps me busy most days.
I don't normally go out much as I rather to save some money to travel but I like having house's dinners and play pool games with housemates and friends once a week if its possible as i understand sometimes cant be possible for work etc.
I have a couple from England ( enjoy play pool and a beer or two)
Im Looking for a great couple to be part of this family.
Prefer a couple up for chats/drinks but know how to respect others privacy and like to keep a clean house.
This is a 3 bedrooms apartment and two bathrooms.
There is also a large indoors, heated swimming pool.
A sauna room.
I have the master room with the ensuite.
The other 2 rooms shared one bathroom.
So im looking for another great couple to take the other room.

We are just opposite of the tramstop D2 (central pier)
U can take any of theses trams to get here:
$460 a week (including all bills)
water, gas, Electricity, Netflix and unlimited Internet by fiber optic.
This room is available the 6th of January 2017.
If we look after the utilities I can get the toilet paper, paper towel some cleaning products and sometimes some beers or other drinks.
To be able to move in we deposit
4 weeks for the bond and 4 weeks rent together with the bills.
We pay rent every 4 weeks.
