MORE THAN JUST A ROOM - HALF A LARGE HOUSE!
My housemate is moving into his girlfriend's place so looking for someone to take over his half of the lease (ending in August 2017). Rent is $923.50 due on the 15th of each month + bills (electricity, water, gas, cable internet).
Big house in Elwood, close to the St Kilda botanic gardens, Acland Street, Carlisle Street. 12 minute walk to St Kilda beach! The location is great! Trams on Brighton Road are less than 100 metres away and Ripponlea and Windsor Stations are close by too.
It's a 3 bedroom house so you can choose from 2 rooms, both with massive floor to ceiling built in wardrobes. There's one bathroom, lounge room and large open plan kitchen/dining room. I have been sharing the house with one other person but happy to split the rent 3 ways and get another person in.
It's double brick so cool in summer, and ducted heating that is great so nice and warm in the winter. There's also a nice backyard.
I am looking for someone that likes dogs and ideally wants to stay long term and don't want any dramas. The house really is awesome! It's more like a home than a typical share house.
I'm 32, employed full time, easy going, responsible and respectful. I go to the gym or take my dog for a walk during the week and on the weekends either having a night, catching up with friends out or just chilling out at home. I have a 4 yo English Staffy named Mia who is very friendly, well trained and doesn't bark. She is outside when no one is home ;)
He will be taking the washing machine and dining table so if you have either it would be a bonus!
