Our unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor apartment. My husband and I are occupying the master bedroom. We are both young professionals, working full time and enjoy work-life balance.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, built-in robe, storage cabinets, built-in desk and air conditioning. Fully furnished, comes with pillows, quilt/doona, bed-side tables, table lamps, etc.
Size of bedroom is 3.2 x 3.7 m. You will have a door that opens to the courtyard, and a private bathroom just outside your room.
The rent does not include utility bills. Internet, gas, water, electricity will be divided equally.
The apartment comes with a spacious kitchen/living/dining and a large L-shape courtyard that goes from the living room to the bedrooms.
Approx. 8 minutes walk to Glen Huntly Train Station. Only 1 train stop to Caulfield (Monash). A minute walk to tram stop and bus stop. Tram route 67 brings you to Swanston St. CBD, and bus stop brings you to Koornang Rd shopping strip and Chadstone shopping centre.
Preferably female housemate. Clean, tidy, responsible and punctual with payment. We prefer people who enjoys quiet night in compared to party people (: Price negotiable for the right fit.
