Beautiful two story timber home with great ocean views from upstairs balcony. Large partially furnished room (queen timber bed and mattress and also 81cm monitor) with direct access to verandah. Just 400 meters from the white sandy beach and public transport. 10 minute walk to peregian beach village. Must be clean, tidy and respectful and ok with our two dogs! Rent includes bills and Internet may be available at a shared cost! I work full time at Simons Seafood in coolum so if you want to chat face to face maybe come in and say hi? Rent must be paid on time as I have had a bad experience with past house mates :)
