A large room in a 3 bedroom townhouse for $230 per wk. I have one unfurnished Room available. Rent price includes the cost of bills for water, gas and electricity.

I am looking for a housemate that is hassle free, considerate, tidy and independent.

The bedroom is a good size with a double sliding mirrored built-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan and TV antenna outlet.

You would share a large spacious bathroom with one housemate, which has plenty of bench and storage space. Bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs is the main living area, which also has reverse cycle air conditioning.

The kitchen is modern with stone bench tops, a large pantry, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances (Gas cook top & electric oven).

There are two separate & comfortable courtyards to choose from for relaxing.

The complex has a well equipped gym, including toilet & shower facilities, Entertaining areas for all to use (both inside & outside equipped with a kitchen & fridge), 2 x electric BBQ's and a relaxing resort style swimming pool (with a lap pool & a shaded baby pool) complete with poolside deck chairs.

The CBD is approx 7km away and the complex is very centralised and in a well sought after location, being only minutes away from: Brisbane's Dom & Int Airports (approx 2km), access to the Gold & Sunshine Coasts via the Gateway Motorway, access to the ICB & Clem 7 tunnel, the Go between Bridge and within close walking distance to a choice of public transport options, several buses and train lines.

Toombul shopping centre is literally a footpath walk away via a direct path at the rear of the complex (exclusive use for 'Millbrook' residents) which is fenced off and has a monitored security gate.
