Some of Our last flatmates were French and Chinese - students studying at Adelaide University and UNISA - using the Glenelg tram for their daily commute

Our house is a short walk to the Glenelg to City tram line which is a quick, regular and convenient transport approx. 40 minutes from stop 12 to the corner of King William Street and North Terrace (with a short walk to Adelaide University - Or UNISA) - or Bus 190 from Morphett Rd to the corner of North Terrace and King William Street taking approx. the same time - 3 stops in the other direction is Glenelg - to the beach ready for summer with busy Jetty Road, restaurants and shopping complex.
Adelaide's favourite beach-side suburb.
Buses around the corner also to the city which is approximately 10km.
Buses also to Marion shopping centre which is approximately 4km.
Large undercover veranda / entertaining area with bbq.
Kitchen with a separate eating area. All appliances, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and more - everything in the house is to be used and shared by all housemates.

All bedrooms are fully furnished, bed, carpet on floors, ceiling fan, desk and light, bedside cupboard and lamp, evaporative air conditioning (cooling only - No heating in bedrooms and NO FAN HEATERS ARE PERMITTED) Blankets and electric blankets and bed linen also supplied.
Bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. A second toilet is in the laundry area which has a top loading washing machine and plenty of storage cupboards to be used by all flatmates.
Large comfortable lounge with TV and set top box, gas heating and evaporative air conditioning.

Parking for 3 cars on property but street parking is very safe in this area.
The usual - 1 weeks rent in advance, 2 weeks bond (which =cannot be used as last 2 weeks rent) refundable on final room inspection with no damage to property and room is left as found, 2 weeks notice when leaving.
Minimum 3 month lease SHORTER could be a possibility.
