Proof of ID - 100 points of ID including, Passport OR Driver’s License and Medicare Card and Health Care Card,
Proof of Income and Employment - last two pay slips and a contact and written confirmation from your current employer (including your current employer's contact details) that you are employed full-time.
Written rental references from your last landlord or property manager including their contact details.
Completed written Application to Enter into a Residential Tenancy Agreement. I will provide the application you once I have met you and if I am interested in renting the apartment to you.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment or complex.
Non-smokers preferred. Smoking is not permitted in the complex or in the apartment!
