House is vegan/vegetarian friendly :) We are also trying to be an environmentally friendly as possible so are transitioning to plastic free

The house is fully furnished. I have been living in the house for over 2 years.
It is a large house with plenty of space to comfortably fit 4 people living in it. It has a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room area and a large family room currently being used as the shared study space.
House is on 9 acres with views of Shepherds Hill Reserve. Great area for walking, jogging and bike riding. The views from the house look out onto Shepherds Hill Reserve giving the feeling of living in the country, but all the conveniences of living 30 minutes from Adelaide CBD and 20 minutes from Westfield Marion Shopping Centre
10 minute walk to Flinders Sturt Campus
20 minute walk to Eden Hills Train Station (30 min train ride into the city)
