We have a room available in a 3 bedroom apartment in the best location, right in the heart of Dulwich Hill village. We are surrounded by cafes, restaurants and have a pub and bottle shop across the road. Buses to the City, Balmain, Bondi and Burwood are a 1 min walk, light rail is about 5 mins and the train station 10-15 min walk away, so you can get anywhere you need to from here. We are close to all the inner west has to offer.
The room available is a medium sized bedroom with large window and decent size built-in mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage. Easily fits a queen bed and other furniture and will be unfurnished. The photos are from a previous tenant, but it is the same room that is available.
We have a large open plan living area, with a good size balcony equipped with a bbq and outdoor table and an internal laundry. The place is fully furnished, while we can add some pieces you don't need to have any living furniture. There is also plenty of street parking available around the apartment block.
Who are we? We are both in our 30s, Will works in television and likes climbing mountains and Hannah works 9 - 5 in HR, likes beer, hamburgers and sometimes goes to the gym.
Who are you? Over 25 and working full time. Someone who has lived in a share house before and is considerate and respectful. We are not a party house, but we are both pretty laid-back and like hanging out together when we are all home for chats, reality tv and a bevvie.
