The town house is in a quiet but central location with easy assess to the M7 Ipswich Motorway (0.5 km away) , M5 Centenary Hwy (2 km) and M2 Logan Motorway (3 km).
The Richlands Train Station is only 1 km away, an easy 10 minutes walk. A train ride from there to Brisbane City's Roma Street is just 30 minutes.
