We are a couple and are renting a single room in Ashfield. Just 6 mins walking to Ashfield Station. Easy public transport access to Sydney CBD and Universities. 15 mins express train to the Sydney CBD. 7 mins walk to Ashfield mall (Coles, Woolies, Kmart, Aldi, etc.)
We are looking for someone (No couples) responsible and tidy. You will share the apartment only with us and you can use the kitchen, laundry and living room. The apartment is really comfortable and totally furnished.
The room has a queen bed size, a bedside table, desk, lamp, chair, built-in wardrobe, plenty of natural light and very airy.
The rent per week is $240 including all bills and unlimited internet (NBN 50Mb).
2 weeks bonds and 2 weeks rent in advance.
Minimum 4 months stay.
