A beautiful spacious, family sized apartment with lots of natural light, large living room with adjoining dining and separate kitchen. The room available is a queen size room with built in robes and large windows that look out into the tree line.
Fully furnished, the house has an eclectic, homely vibe, conveniently set back from the road, so the noise from busy Carlisle St is minimal.
The area has a great vibe with quality bars, cafe's, bakeries, gyms, restaurants and supermarkets all on Carlisle, a 7-11 right across the road also.
Trams (16 & 3) and buses at the doorstep with trains (Sandringham line - Balaclava station) only 5-10mins walk down the road. On the train it takes about 10-15 mins to get to the city.

We are couple in our mid to late 20's, friendly and easy going, both work full time in marketing. Gloria is a Marketing Manager for a property development company and Shannon is an Assistant Brand Manager for a powertools brand - our jobs are pretty demanding with a fair few late nights.
