Welcome to your own slice of paradise. Looking to rent out one room in my newly purchased 3 bedroom house. The house boasts a new kitchen, as well as both a seperate bathroom and ensuite.

The room has built in robes, and located at the back of the house, which is quite and peaceful.

A bit about me, I work full time in retail and study part time on the side, I live quite a busy life and enjoy relaxing at home and entertaining in my spare time.

Ideally I'd like someone that isn't just looking to pay rent, but someone that treats the place like home. Getting together and having a meal now and then would be great, and more than a "hi, yeah great" on a daily basis would be even better!

I also have a 2 year old border collie X Labrador who loves people and stays inside so a like of dogs is wanted as well, as well as a cat! :)
