A huge MASTER bedroom with double wardrobe and built in make up station is up for grabs! It is available now for a friendly, cleanly and respectful girl to join our lease. Sorry no guys (unless gay) and no cats as we already have one. Sorry, the dog in the photos is leaving next week!

Our home is located in Carnegie minutes walk to the lovely park on Leila Rd and a new popular coffee shop. The food on Koornang road is just fantastic and only a few min drive.

There are three girls living here including myself but I am moving out next week to go overseas. You will be sharing with Mayi and Amy both in their early 30s. They are considering getting a fourth housemate for the dining room so that rent will be under $120 per week for everyone. But depends on the preferences of the new housemate.

Mayi is a nurse, loves watching movies and knitting! She sounds like a granny lol but she is heaps of fun. Loves going opp shopping and finding awesome bargains and beautiful chic clothes. Amy works in hospitality and is quirky and lovable. Big Earl Grey drinker and Netflix junky! She mostly watches tv shows but does settle in for a movie. Both girls work a lot but a really easy going and very relaxed.

It's a fairly quiet house and we never have parties but barbecues in summer are fine. We hang out together sometimes and enjoy a few drinks. Smoking is okay but outside only.

The house is fairly old and the 1.5 bathrooms definitely need updating they are pretty crummy. However, the wooden floor boards look lovely and it is a huge and light filled house.

Keeping the house clean and tidy is very important. We have a garage that has lots of storage space, so if you have any furniture it can be put in the garage. The furniture pictured in the dining room is being sold as it is mine, so can therefore be used to furnish the house instead of stored.

Really looking forward to hearing from you!

Amelia :)
