You get your own MASSIVE beautiful almost new bathroom with expensive fittings. the living /dining area is really nice and new and the kitchen is very modern.

The building is a security complex, on the main road (entrance on a side road, very safe and luxurious). Fitness first down the road, coles and Woolies are nearby and plenty of restaurants.
Female and in my 20's originally from New Zealand. I work long hours in medical devices and enjoy a tidy, comfortable and peaceful home in the evenings. I don't mind if you keep your room messy obviously but I do expect a flatmate to respect the common areas.
I love to cook and share what I make so be prepared to eat :)
