I am offering a bedroom in a new apartment complex in Northbridge. The bedroom includes its own toilet, a queen bed, a flat screen TV and some furniture.
You will share the flat with other flatmates who have their own bedroom and toilet too. The internet service in included and the power bill is divided by the number of flatmates.
I am looking for clean, responsible, and reliable people. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is very well located, it is perfect for people without a car. Perth's main train station is just 5 minutes a walking distance away. Moreover, pubs, restaurants and museums are nearby. Please notice that a parking is not included.
