Room has a queen size bed plus its own bathroom and toilet facilities (ensuite). Electricity, gas, water and unlimited internet are all included in your rent. Non-smokers only please.
Room available from the 22nd of July or earlier if needed. Short term stay minimum of 4 weeks is also welcome with prior approval. I specialize in looking after international guests so please don't hesitate to enquire even before your arrival to Australia.
You will also be given access to a small storage room in the basement to store your suitcases to allow you to maximize the use of your bedroom. There is ducted reverse cycle airconditioning in the apartment.
This is a sub-penthouse level 3-bedroom fully furnished apartment on the 24th floor offering fantastic river and city views. High speed wifi and all utilities are included in the rent. Kitchen has gas stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher as well as ample cupboard space. Washing machine and dryer are also provided for you.
The apartment has been recently renovated and painted. The bedrooms are carpeted but all living areas have tiled floors which makes cleaning really easy.
Convenient location and close to everything. There are bus stops just outside the building. Central Station is only a few metres away. Easy walking access to Queen Street Mall and Queen's Plaza, vibrant cafes, restaurants and bars, Botanical Gardens, QUT, Eagle St. Pier and the CBD. You are also within a short walking distance to Fortitude Valley and Chinatown. Shopping for groceries is a breeze with Woolworths only a few metres walk just around the corner, as well as SPAR Express and 7-Eleven.
You will have full access to all that the apartment has to offer. In addition to this, you are also welcome to use the indoor pool, sauna and gym in the lobby area during the posted opening hours. (Please keep noise in these areas to a minimum as a courtesy to other residents.)
No smoking and no pets allowed in the apartment. No events or parties allowed. Two weeks rental payment and a rental bond equivalent to 4 weeks will be required upon signing of the lease agreement. For short term lease of under 8 weeks, full payment and a security deposit will be required.
I take great pride in my apartment and would like to have tenants who will respect and look after the property as if it's their own. In return, I will provide you with a clean and comfortable place to stay. I will do my best to look after you as your manager/provider.
