With aircon and with own bathroom/toilet (ensuite). Suitable for couple or two friends sharing the room. The room also has a bar fridge and a study desk with chair. It has floor to ceiling glass doors which opens up to the main balcony and full length windows for you to soak in the city lights at night. Electricity, gas, water and unlimited internet are all included in your rent.

Enjoy amazing river and city views from your room. This is the main bedroom of the apartment and has direct access to the huge wrap around balcony (please note the balcony is shared by all housemates). Each room also has its own door lock and key for added privacy and security.

You will be dealing direct with the owner as I manage this property myself. No middle person so all issues will be dealt with as quickly as possible. You will also avoid the risk of falling victims to subletting which may be illegal where you could lose your bond or be liable to other charges/damages incurred by the tenant/s that you are dealing with. Tip: Never pay bond to anyone except to the owner or property manager.

I specialize in looking after international guests so please don't hesitate to enquire even before your arrival to Australia. Short-term stays are very welcome.

No smoking, no pets, no parties or events. This 3 bedroom apartment will only have a maximum of five (5) occupants. Only those listed in the contract are allowed to spend the night in the apartment. You will not have to put up with overcrowding. This is to ensure comfort, safety and security for all tenants/guests in the house. Note: Overcrowding (exceeding the number of people allowed to reside in an apartment at any given time) in Australia is against Fire Safety Regulations and Building Regulations - it is illegal.

Convenient location and close to everything. There are bus stops just outside the building. Central Station is only a few metres away. Easy walking access to Queen Street Mall and Queen's Plaza, vibrant cafes, restaurants and bars, Botanical Gardens, QUT, Eagle St. Pier and the CBD. You are also within a short walking distance to Fortitude Valley and Chinatown. Shopping for groceries is a breeze with Woolworths only a few metres walk just around the corner, as well as SPAR Express and 7-Eleven.

You will have full access to all that the apartment has to offer. I also have a storage room in the basement area which is available for my guests to use for storing their big suitcases so as not to occupy valuable space in the bedroom. There is also a spare fridge in the storage room (in addition to the kitchen fridge) so fridge space will never be an issue. You are also welcome to use the indoor pool, sauna and gym in the lobby area during the posted opening hours.
