Hey future roomie!
So the place is a double story apartment only one block from the beach and three blocks from nobbys arc.
Downstairs is the lounge, kitchen/laundry and meals area. Upstairs is three bedrooms with a bathroom and balcony.
Out the front is a pool and nice bbq area. My photography skills don't really do it justice so don't be too harsh.
The house is fully furnished, but your bedroom is unfurnished. The bedroom has a built in robe with floor to ceiling mirrors and a ceiling fan.
You'll be living with a 25 year old girl who works full time as well as studies, and a 30 year old guy who works full time. We both like to be healthy and active. This isn't a party house, we are looking for a flatmate that is likeminded. We like to treat our place like a home, not a share house.
I am currently working full time on top of full time study so I have limited time to reply and meet with potential housemates.
Please help me out by only applying if you meet the following criteria.
-We are looking for someone of similar age (23-33) for the reason of just wanting to be in a relatable time of life as our housemate
-Someone with share house experience. No first time out of home applicants please.
-Cleanliness must be important to you. Just expect everyone to clean up after themselves and be respectful.
-No couples please. The apartment is perfect for three people but too small for more sorry.
-No international travellers. We are looking for someone who is not having to worry about visas or funding their travels.
-No pets, unfortunatly. As much as we would LOVE a dog, the real estate are quite strict on this.
-Preferably looking for someone who is interested in being friends with their housemates, obviously not necessary but it is preferred.
-Smoking is okay outside but not inside at all.
Bond is 4 weeks rent.
Lease application would be necessary.
-Water is included in rent
-Electricity is normally around $90 each a quarter
-Unlimited wi-fi is $16.66 per month
