Experience of living in a shared home is important so you understand the need to keep communal areas clean, respect privacy and also like to be sociable with room mates. This could just be a chat and a glass of wine but the focus is a quiet place to relax. Not a party house and house mates have different schedules.
We cannot accommodate any extra furniture and storage is just what is in the room.
We have two friendly cats who live in the main house but will not go into house mates rooms unless invited. So must be comfortable with cats.
The landlady lives in a completely separate granny flat at the rear of the property with her dog . So must be ok with dogs as he occasionally visits the main house.
We cannot accommodate any more pets.
