This apartment (and apartment block) is very homely and like a community, so if you're after a party apartment, this is probably not the place for you.
The apartment is on the top floor of a boutique heritage listed building next to Darling Harbour in the CBD. The building is only one block away from Town Hall train station. It is surrounded by good restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Downstairs across the road there is a 24hr convenience store. There are plenty of bus stops nearby. Cross Fit Gym is also a block away. Olympic pools within walking distance.
CCTV on every floor. Entrance automatically locked after hours and on weekend with security fob access only. Video security intercom for guests.

Hello, my name is Holly, and I am the owner of the apartment. I am in my mid 30s, a pharmacist and a RN so I work a lot from 10am - 9pm most days of the week. I love good food but rarely cook at home because I am time poor at this stage of my life and this place is surrounded by great restaurants and bars!
In fact, you probably won't see me a lot because I stay at my partner's apartment most of the time. So you would really be sharing this spacious apartment mostly with Matt, who is also a working professional, in marketing. He is a truly down-to-earth, neat & tidy and respectful flatmate, and he is often away on business trips too.
