Very Large and Bright Stunning 2 Bedroom up for Viewing.... You'd be living with one other person "Gay 34 year old professional male" in the heart of Bondi Beach. Roughly 50 metres from Bondi Beach.
The room is a Very large Double with Two large bay windows and a fantastic double wardrobe for storage. I'm looking for a chilled out friendly Professional who is looking to live in a world famous location and great quiet apartment. The place is pet free... smoking outside.... very large living room and sunroom/office as well as a large kitchen and second dining room. You'd be living on a quiet pretty tree lined Street.
Bond is 1 months rent paid to a bond company and then 1 months rent paid to the landlord in advance.... Rent is 350 per week..... i'm looking for someone to have paid up and be ready to move in by the end of this month.
