BEDROOM WITH VIEW TO GARDEN Fully furnished. An oasis in Nedlands. Suit students, nurses, doctors as it is walking distance from SCG and Hollywood hospitals and of course, UWA. Lovely nedlands cottage to share with two others: Brenda (Aged Care Worker) and Elena, first year student at UWA. Also YALLA an Australian Terrier. Laid back family atmosphere. Clean and tidy but not pedantic. Brenda does cleaning of all common areas and all gardening. All linen is provided if required. Large Kitchen, separate Lounge-room with open fireplace and large TV. Airconditioned Family/dining room overlooks back garden with outdoor barbecue area complete with outdoor table and ten chairs for Summer time barbeques. Must be comfortable with dogs and hopefully you enjoy music. It would be a bonus if you shared those interests. If you enjoy the occasional shared meal, or drink or home-cooked cake, then this is for you. Beautiful garden to relax in and the cafe strip in the next street
Brenda is a young-at-heart part time carer and secretary working for a local Podiatrist. She sings in an acapella group "Summerhouse" and regularly attends music festivals. She is the lease-holder of the property and happily looks after all the gardening and cleans all common areas. This is most attractive if you are busy working or studying.
Elena is a country girl from Geraldton coming to study at UWA fir her first year. She is also a volunteer Airforce cadet and loves flying gliders, cooking, listening to music and taking Yalla (Aussie Terrier) for a walk to the river.
We are both easy-going and would love to find a like-minded young woman who enjoys sharing a meal now and then, or a glass of wine/beer and maybe even a movie on Netflix if we have the time. We both work quite hard and would prefer a person who keeps regular hours and doesn't stay up all night and expect us to creep around in the daylight hours.
We like to keep the house fairly tidy within reason but are not "neat-freaks". As long as the kitchen and bathroom are kept clean we are happy. Friends are welcome . There is a small barbeque if you fancy outdoor meals. The back garden is so tranquil with bird baths and lots of bird life visiting daily. It really is beautiful.
