Hi im looking for a young professional, either gender rent my second bedroom.Its a 2 bedroom unit in Botany. Very sunny, light and airy. Fully furnished with Tv, lounge etc. Kitchen is fully fitted out. It is 5 mins to the airport, and on the bus routes 309, 310, M20 which all stop out the front. It is situated at the back of the block so minimal road noise.
I would like someone who is social and easy to get along with, yet respects privacy and very clean. I work long hours, so i am not wanting a party house full of drop ins and randoms, rather a peaceful happy home.
