My name is Jane-Ellen. I work full time in television. Looking for a house mate who is easy going, tidy and busy like I am!
I have a nice double bedroom available, beautiful flat in an awesome location in Alexandria.
Unit is spacious and very homely.
5 minute walk from Redfern station, 15 minute walk to Central. 15 minute drive to Coogee, walking distance to everything basically! Buses close by as well.
I find I barely bump into my house mates because I am quite busy but all depends on your work hours as well!
+ $300 p/w
+ Bills not included (paid quarterly)
+ $1200 Bond (4 weeks rent)
+ Queen bed available (but you can bring your own if you would like to)
+ short & long term stay welcomed
+ must be okay with cats.. I have two gorgeous kittens, fully trained and no fuss😊
