Each bedroom is groovy: fully furnished with queen size beds, lamps desks, cupboards, pictures on the wall etc
Bond is 2 weeks rent & 2 weeks rent required up front. (Note: also two weeks notice required when leaving)
If you are staying less than a week - the daily rate is $35 per room. I would consider a couple, but that would be $25 extra a week towards bills. (Bills work out to be $50 per week all up; and is currently included in the rental amout i.e all utilities, Internet & lawn mowed)
With a country cottage feel and a cute interior design and vibe - the home consists of a bright & airy lounge, separate kitchen with gas cooking, meals area & fridge, central bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Laundry with washing machine.
Set on a large block secure to the street, there is plenty of space with a cute rear porch & pergola. Features include: gas ducted heating, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, floor boards, and a long driveway for parking.
Nestled in between Asburton and Oakleigh - this is an ideal location, walking distance to absolutely everything: Holmesglen College, Train station (Zone 1 - 30 minutes to city) and the bus stop (Bus 903 and 624), Shops, Cafes and Restaurants, Malvern Valley Golf Course, Parks with wonderful walking & bike tracks, Many sporting facilities & grounds (Fitness First gym, Ashburton Pool, Glen Waverley basketball, cricket, rugby, soccer and hockey).
The fashion Capital "Chadstone Shopping Centre is just down the road (2 bus stops) as is the exit to the Monash freeway - both Chapel St vicinity and the City are only a 20 minute drive (non peak hour) away.
I love diversity and an inclusive, dynamic, interesting and fun household is anticipated, as well as respecting each others space and privacy; interviews will be held to find the right balance and fit between the house dynamics.
