Hello everyone,

We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to share our tidy, clean and spacious apartment in Docklands right next to the river. You will be renting a private cosy room which comes fully furnished in a modern apartment with full access to concierge service, heated swimming pool, indoor gym, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

About the apartment and the room

The apartment is located right next to the river, 7 minutes-walk from Spencer Street Station and 3 minutes-walk from trams. The main entrance leads you right to the river with amazing views of Crown Casino and the city. It is modern and comes fully furnished with Netflix, Internet with spacious shared living areas. The room is cosy, fully furnished and you will be sharing a bathroom with one of us. The room cost $270 per week, not including utilities.

About the flatmates

Flatmate 1 - You will be sharing with a female in her late 20’s, who is in the legal profession in the energy sector. She leads a relatively busy and active lifestyle who tries to do outdoor trips during the weekend (whenever time allows). She enjoys fitness, good music, a good sense of humour and having friends over occasionally for dinner. She speaks several languages and has lived overseas for a few years – so she has plenty of stories to share!

Flatmate 2 – You will also be sharing with a male in his 30’s, a native German who is a software engineer. He enjoys a good conversation over nice food and drinks, and keeps fit with running and cycling. Being German he loves bread and bakes his own sourdough. On special occasions he might even bake pretzels or a cheesecake for his housemates!
We both would love to have an inclusive and social household. We like to get together sometimes after work for a chat and occasionally do things together. However, we are also considerate of personal space, cleanliness and the need for a place to unwind and relax after work.

About you

We would love to welcome an open-minded, mature and considerate flatmate who would enjoy being part of the household. We are easy-going and not overly-fussed but are looking for someone who has a common sense approach to sharing a household.
