Preferences
Hey, we have a room available for short term rent. One of us is a 21 yo female who is attending the Deakin Waurn Ponds campus studying criminology and psychology.. The other is a 22 yo male full time chef. There are two cats living here also and we are looking for someone who is easy going, respectful and is willing to help out around the house. One of our housemates is moving out soon so we need someone to fill the space until our lease runs out on the 20th November. The $150 per week includes bills (water, gas, electricity), however the house does not have wifi, so that is something you would need to supply yourself. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (there is an ensuite attached to one bedroom that's unavailable). House is furnished and the room that is advertised can be provided with a bed and has a BIR.
The house is close to Deakin Waurn Ponds campus, the Surfcoast Highway and Waurn Ponds shopping centre with easy access to public transport too. Let us know if you are interested to meet up for a chat and possibly see the house.
