I have one spare room in my 3 x 1 home, size is 3.4m x 3m.
Rent is $125/week, gas/electric bills aren't included.
Looking for relatively normal and respectful housemates. Most past housemates have been Uni students. People who are receiving government payments as their only income (students not included) will not be accepted by the landlords.
