The house is a 3 bedroom town house, on Port Hacking Road - 5 mins walking distance to the train.
The house is completely furnished.
We have towels, kitchen appliances, utensils, washing machine, dryer, fridge and BBQ +
The bedroom for lease is unfurnished. It has a built-in robe and fits a queen bed and enough room for a bedside table.
We have a double garage which is being used mostly for storage and can also be used by our new tenant for storage.
Rent is $210 per week and includes all bills, internet and foxtel!
The room is available immediately and the lease is signed up until February 2018 so there is potential for a 6-7month stay.
We are asking for a bond of sorts, equivalent to 2 weeks rent upfront.
This is to cover those on the lease for any damages of the property, un-expected loss of rent etc. We will request 2 weeks notice upon moving out to ensure sufficient notice to the remaining tenants.
You are more than welcome to come and see the house any week night after 7pm. Weekends are per availability
Richie & Emily
Note: Photos of the available bedroom show an example of a past flat mates set-up with a double bed. All photos were taken in April 2017 but the room is since empty and the court yard is much tidier!
We are a couple currently living in the property - Emily (25) and Richie (27).
We share the main bedroom, which includes an ensuite.
Richie works in insurance and Emily works in Saas. We LOVE to travel aiming to get overseas at least twice a year. (Hawaii is next!).
Richie's brother, James (30), also lives with us. James works full-time and is in a band so is out a couple of nights per week with practice. The main bathroom will be shared with James.
We are looking for someone with a sense of humour and who can take a joke too. You must like the NRL, you must be considerate with the ability to share (remembering it is a shared place) and take the initiative to keep the place clean & tidy.
