The double bedroom has a reverse cycle split-system air-conditioner with 2 windows. A double mattress is equiped with the room and I will provide a set of desk/chair soon if needed (the previous tenant has his own furnitures). Successful applicant will be sharing a bathroom with another tenant.
The single bedroom has 2 windows which are securely protected by roller shutters. It is on the ground floor, next to the entrance and the occupant has the perk of a private bathroom right next to it. It is the coolest room in the summer and warmest in the winter.
Looking for some decent folks to share this well-maintained and clean wooden-floored townhouse with us. It is only over 1 year old, furnished with new furnitures and installed with CCTVs operating 24/7 and roller-shutters for your safety (only on the outside and communal areas, of course).
There are Netflix and Stan available on the TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equiped and has a lot of utensils so it is encouraged that tenants have no or very few cooking/dining belongings. There is a spacious pantry for all your dry food. Bathrooms are also stocked with cleaning equipments and tools to have you keep up the hygiene. Bedrooms all have built-in wardrobes, clean mattresses, chairs and desks. If you need something please don't hesitate to let me know.
With that being said, I will only lease to clean people who strictly comply with house rules, especially the cleaning schedule. Everything should be back to its original states and places after being used. Gardening maintenance fee (including natural strip mowing and garden weeding) will be shared. I will not hesitate to evict anyone who leaves messes everywhere they go.
Buses to Footscray Station and Melbourne CBD are within walking distances. Tottenham Station is 2km away so a bicycle ride or a car drive is more convenient. Woolworths is about 10 minutes walk and there is also a gym right next to it.
Housemates are expected to clean their rooms and the bathrooms that they use weekly. All of us will also take turn to clean the communal areas, which is consisted of vacuuming, mopping the floor, cleaning tables, kitchen area. Cleaning equipments are fully provided. All of the rules are made to ensure everybody in the house can have a clean place to live and enjoy.
We also have a little playful cat named Robin living with us, so cat lovers or animal lovers are even more welcome.
Bills (internet, gas, electricity and water) are shared among everybody in the house.
