please note an application process through the real estate is undertaken in order to have your name on the lease. one of the application criteria is that you meet basic affordability requirements which means your net weekly income must be at least $510 / week (i.e one third of net weekly income is equal to their portion of the weekly rent). Anyone below this cannot be accepted and in a case where their parents will pay the rent, then the parents will need to go onto these lease – and this is where is starts to get trickly.
