Fully furnished bedroom for rent with queen size bed, double built-in wardrobe which has shelving one side and hanging space on the other with a large shelf along the top. Additional 2 bedside tables with two drawers and two 3 drawer chest of drawers. The room also has a remote controlled ceiling fan with light and timer so you can turn it on and off from your bedside. Linen can be supplied if required.
3 bedroom house to share with one other mature female with dogs. Must be a dog lover as they are inside dogs. Owner has current "Working With Children" Certification and Police check.
Large bathroom with vanity basin, shower, double spa bath and toilet. There is a second toilet located in the laundry.
There is a large decking area with outdoor undercover decking with a built in 4 burner gas BBQ, bar fridge, sink, cupboards, outdoor heating and outdoor furniture. Established gardens and flower beds.
There are two separate lounge area's, the front lounge room and the back family room which each have reverse cycle air conditioning. Large comfy lounges and coffee tables in both lounge rooms. The main lounge has a gas heater. The large family room has a huge picture window looking out over part of the rear deck with tree's and garden views and opens onto the main decking area. The home is situated in a very quiet and private location within Cheltenhams Golden Triangle in a private and quiet Close. It is also located within close proximity and only minutes to the beach, Southland, Cheltenham Main Street and Cheltenham train station with a bus stop at the end of the street if needed.
There are polished Tasmanian Oak timber floor boards throughout the home. It has recently had the kitchen renovated and is undergoing some minor renovations but nothing that would interfere with a housemate but will only make the place more appealing when completed.
I am seeking an honest, reliable, independent, mature, responsible, clean and tidy housemate. I would prefer female, no couples thanks. This is NOT a party house, so no unemployed or party people need apply. Strictly NO smoking on property at all (inside and out) including any visitors. It would be great if you were prepared to supply references, confirm employment and pass Police and credit checks if requested. I would prefer someone who is working full-time, unless they are a student. Shared house cleaning responsibilities and general property duties are required but can be negotiated.
