We have a room now available for rent in our fully furnished three bedroom townhouse. We are a professional 28 & 29 year old couple with a 10 year old dog who is well behaved and quiet and live with another female housemate. All of us are professionals who work full time with my partner doing shift work. Pretty easy going, tidy and considerate.

Looking to find a similar easy going tidy female professional who is ideally planning on staying for a minimum of 3 months. The room has a single bed already provided (large enough to have a queen bed if you wish to replace this). It also features built in robes, floor to ceiling mirrors, air conditioning, a TV point and a ceiling fan.

The house itself is beautifully furnished with an open lounge and a spacious well equipped kitchen. Large balcony off the lounge overlooking the Darwin harbour and CBD. We have a private courtyard with a spa and plenty of street parking is available. We are situated just a short 4 minute drive from the CBD and a 1 minute drive/15 minute walk to Tipperary Waters convenience store and restaurants or bars. Bus stop is literally 30 seconds from our driveway where you can catch buses for route 14.
