We’re looking for a new housemate!

The house is a Queenslander Workers Cottage with 3 bedrooms upstairs, open plan lounge and dining rooms, kitchen, rear deck, front porch and a big back yard.

Situated on Alma Street, it’s a short walk to Paddington Central, Merlo’s coffee, cafes, restaurants and the shops of Latrobe Tce.

The location is very convenient with easy access to bus stops (375,385,61), short walk to Milton train station and a very easy walk into the CBD.

The bedroom available is a good sized room which you could easily fit a queen size bed, draws, wardrobe etc.

There is also plenty of storage down stairs for bikes, tools etc.

We’re looking for someone who is easy going, clean, tidy and respectful. Whilst we’re usually busy with work and other activities during the week, it’s the perfect place to have a drink on a Friday night or throw a BBQ with friends on the weekend, and you’re encouraged to take advantage of that too!

Bills are not included and are split evenly between everyone which includes gas, electricity, internet and a weekly cleaner.

About us:

I'm Alex, I'm 28 and I like to keep busy. I work a lot but when I'm not at work I like to hang out with friends. I love cooking, learning new things and I try to get outside as much as I can. On the weekends I usually split my time between hanging out with friends and hanging out at home.

Deb is 30 and originally from England. She lived in Melbourne for a year before making the move to sunny Brisbane a few months ago. She starts work a bit later and as such finishes later too so there usually isn't any competition for the bathroom in the mornings! On the weekends Deb spends most of her time out and about exploring Brisbane.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Alex
