If you are looking for a beautiful quite area and quality premises to live then this is your house. The bedroom available is large with a built in wardrobe. To be considered you must be tidy and respectful. The house is close to shops and public transport. (buses) The train station is a short drive. The street is quite with bushland across the road and the neighbours are quite and friendly. Living areas are large and open plan. The house has a very modern chefs kitchen, there are two large loungerooms. One downstairs with 7 speaker in roof cinema quality sound with a 3D LED TV. The upstair loungeroom has a 50 inch plasma TV. There is a huge undercover outdoor alfresco entertainment area with a ten seat outdoor setting. The yards are manicured by me. You will not have to do any cleaning of the main house other than clean up after yourself. You will not have to perform any outdoor or yard maintanance. You will only be expected to look after, clean your room and assist with cleaning the upstairs shower and toilet that you use. Bills included are Electricity, Water and Gas. Internet access is available. On street parking. You won't be disappointed with the room or house.
