I'm Cass, I am 28 and I have teamed up with two other girls around the same age to find an awesome house in the Cleveland/ Thornlands/ Ormiston area.
We are looking for one more lovely flatmate to share with!
We have our sights set on an UNBELIEVABLE house, and realise we will need a fourth to make the rent affordable ($180-$200 pw).
The houses we have looked at are all very spacious (5 bed), stylish and modern with a few old quirks, and swimming pool!
We want to live in a pretty amazing house :)

We have pretty much all of the furniture and appliances, so you would just need to bring your own bedroom furniture!
So a little bit about us. We are all calm, friendly and considerate by nature, great senses of humour and while we enjoy a cold beer or wine to unwind, we are keen to keep our house a relaxing sancturay we call home :)

We all live a clean, fit and healthy lifestyle and work professionally full-time.
We would like to find a friendly and considerate room mate who is respectful,
must be clean and tidy, pick up after themselves and contribute to the overall house keeping,
and who will help each other out if need be and not forget to have a lot of laughs...
