Currently seeking 2 people to take over the lease as my current housemates are moving out in Jan. I’m a 25 year old youth worker based out in Frankston and dabble in some Muay Thai and volunteering when I’m not at work. I’m a Seinfeld enthusiast and total book worm and regularly try my hand at cooking, sometimes with incredible success, but often with a kitchen that looks like a bomb’s hit (I clean up afterwards though I swear).

I’m looking for housemates who are reliable and responsible, who will pay their bills on time without being asked and who will clean up after themselves. I’m happy to have a drink and a chat but also not bothered if you prefer to keep to yourself. The apartment doesn’t really lend itself to parties but certainly happy for you to have friends and family over whenever you want. I’m looking for people between the ages of 25-35.

The first room is 3.7x2.5m, has a built-in robe and it can fit a double bed and desk.

The second (largest) room is 4.6x2.6m, has a built-in robe and can fit a queen bed and desk with plenty of space.

The apartment has a separate toilet, and a bathroom that includes a shower, bath and washing machine taps. The kitchen has recently been renovated and the place has been given a fresh coat of paint.

All bills (electricity, gas, hot water, water and internet) will be split equally.

To be successful you will need to be approved by the real estate agent and added to the lease which is due to end in mid-November 2017. There is also a bond transfer fee of $150.

I will be away in Europe from the 10th Dec 2016 – 14th Jan 2017 so my housemates Jess and Rach will be managing viewings of the apartment until I get back, after which I’ll get in contact with anyone interested for a catch up so we can meet and suss each other out. If you’re keen to move asap then I will do my best to meet you before I leave and make a decision before the 10th Dec, so if this is you please let me know.

I should also mention that almost everything in the apartment belongs to Rach and Jess so whilst I do have some furniture anything you can add would be a bonus! Worst case scenario I can buy stuff when I get back, but that might mean having an empty apartment for a little while whilst I shop/wait for the orders to be delivered.
