One master bedroom, and three Standard bedrooms, Fully furnished, VERY spacious house, VERY clean, regularly maintained, regular contact with tenants, quiet neighbourhood, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, several parks, and transport (bus & train).
I live 5 minutes away and available to help if you need it.
Viewing can be organised Monday to Friday - after 5.00pm, or Saturday & Sunday - any time. If we both agree on the conditions - the room is yours when a two week rent is prepaid/deposited.

The house is located in a unique very quiet suburban pocket with family friendly neighbours; 1.5km to CBD, short walk to the East Perth train station, with public busses on Beaufort Street every 5 minutes on the route to CBD, University of WA; a couple of minutes walk to several parks, Mount Lawley cafe strip, supermarkets IGA & Fresh Provisions.
About you - the tenant: respectful, pay the rent on time, take good care of the premises, clean, tidy, friendly, considerate of others.
About other tenants: Vast majority of tenants are overseas students from Italy, Great Britain, Germany, Brazil, Korea, Japan, USA.
