My house mate and I have one warm and friendly king/queen size room for rent. We are both clean and respect other people's property. I'm a fitness lover and military who is into clean eating. My housemate works during the day. We aren't party people and don't have many people come around but enjoy a drink and a chat every now and then, or in summer time drinking by the pool on those hot days. You'll have your own bathroom and toilet. We are located right near a bus stop and the Cleveland train station is just about 2km down the road. More than welcome to use the pool. Male/Female must be working and respects other peoples property. We would like someone who keeps the area in a respectable manner, internet is available and electricity bill will be split between 3. $190 rent upfront so you're a week in advance. No pets or unemployed.
