The studio is located in a beautiful green garden which boasts views accross the valley over Doncaster. It is quite private and consists of its own ensuite toilet and sink (shower in main house).

Linen is included, there is also a LED TV and ipod dock in the room for added convenience, all you will need is your suitcase.

There is a lovely large communal retro kitchen with stunning views, and also a washing maching and dishwasher available for use.

The main house is occupied by a single father and his two girls a couple of days per week, however, due to family illness he spends a few weeks here and there back in Adelaide to help care for his father.

Would suit a quiet professional or full time student, or perhaps someone looking for something short term whilst in-between places or on work trips.

Rent includes all utilities and is somewhat negotiable depending on length of stay etc. A security deposit of 2 weeks rent is required up front, and rent is to be paid at least one fortnight in advance.
