Great large terrace house in Glebe. 1 large bedroom with built-ins to rent. Further spare room has further built-ins and storage space that you can share if you need. Open kitchen and dining room that opens into courtyard. Separate lounge room. 1.5 bathrooms. Just off Glebe Point Rd, so only a few minutes from shops and cafes. Plenty of on-street parking.

I'm Scott. I'm a lawyer who works in the cbd and I'm just looking for a friendly and easy going flat mate. I generally work fairly long hours and catch up with friends a few nights a week and on the weekends. When home I chill out and keep it pretty simple - cook, read, go for a walk or jog around the bay or a cycle, and have friends over from time to time. I have some family down the road as well so I eat and drink out of their house pretty regularly. Love to share a meal every now and then but will generally do my own shopping for food.
