Incredible views of the ocean whilst eating breakfast, amazing sun rises, sunsets and storm watching, plus the chance to live with an awesome couple.
10 minute walk to Coogee cafes and beach, 5 minutes to Randwick shops. Bus takes 20 minutes to get into the city and there is a bus stop right outside. UNSW and the hospitals are a 15 minute walk away.
Huge apartment, large internal laundry, the main bathroom is beautiful and has an incredible tub to soak in. Loads of natural light and did we mention the view!!!!!
I'm an English tradie who has been here for 3 years, own my own business. Currently learning to cook, like a game of golf and love a bit of banter and a laugh. My partner Katie is originally from Wollongong, she works for a paediatrician as a secretary, she likes drinking wine, op shopping, watching videos of baby wombats on the internet and going for walks along the coastal track.
We respect our flatmates space. Quite happy to have a wine or a beer on the weekend with them, equally happy to leave them to their own thing.
This is our home and we want someone to bring value to it. It is a beautiful apartment with AMAZING views of the sea and we want someone who will enjoy living here as much as we do.
The ideal flat mate for us is someone who is considerate, keeps things tidy and is honest. Pulling your weight is really important to us and we believe this, and keeping communication lines open is key to everyone being happy in a share house. Having a good sense of humour would be a bonus.
The unit is fully furnished with all modern appliances, the bedroom is unfurnished but does have huge floor to ceiling built in mirrored wardrobes. The kitchen is great with loads of storage and we have everything you would need and more than happy to share.
The whole unit was recently renovated about 8 months ago and it honestly is a joy to come home to.
