ABOUT OUR HOME:
Spacious 3 level executive house with ample parking in Spring Hill. Centrally located, it is only a short walk to the City/CBD, Fortitude Valley and Victoria Park (gym, 50m heated swimming pool, tennis courts etc).
Spectacular panoramic city views from upper levels. Huge roof top BBQ area, large open kitchen/dining, lounge, polished concrete floors throughout and a fenced backyard. The fully-equipped Tuscany-style kitchen includes a wide oven, gas stove top, dual dishwasher and ice-machine. Our cleaner also visits fortnightly.
We are offering 1 bedroom which can be furnished or unfurnished. The bedroom has air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes, brick walls and solid-core doors with sound-proofing to ensure your privacy / comfort.
The rent includes bedroom, unlimited internet, normal electricity usage, street parking permit and bedroom furniture (if required).
Bedroom (double) = $230 / week

Onsite Car Space = $25 / week
ABOUT OUR HOUSEHOLD:
We (a couple, 31 & 33) are both engineers working FIFO (so only occasionally at home). During our break, we regularly head to the coast or inland seeking a new adventure. Coffee and nice meals always feature on the agenda too.
Our flatmate Jay (30) works locally and while we all usually do our own thing, we do have the odd meals/tea/beers together… it’s a good atmosphere. We are clean/tidy, very respectful of everyone’s space and love living at this home.
