Looking for a dream place to live right on the ocean?

Located a two-minute walk from the famous Bondi Beach on Wilga Street, our unique beach pad is located on the top floor with a huge living and dining area as well as a big balcony with unobstructed sea view. There is no house in front of us at the end of a quiet and lovely street right in front of the ocean next to Hunter Park.

The place is equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ, cutlery, pots and pans, everything is provided. The living room is tastefully furnished with a big leather couch and entertainment system. Wooden floors throughout the place.

Your room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, duvet, pillows, a nice chest of drawers, bed lights, big mirror etc. Room can also be emptied for your own furniture. You also have vast additional closet space right outside your room (see last picture).
The bathroom is spacious and shared with one more very neat and clean person, who is travelling half of the week.

Our building also has a sauna and a dry room for surf boards on the ground floor, both are shared by all the tenants of the building.
There is a lock-up garage, where you can safely park your bike or vespa.

We are two easy-going, fun flat mates (no couple), who get along very well. We keep it quiet during the week as we work hard within our professions, but we socialize heaps during the weekends. Our balcony is huge and we have Barbecues galore when the weather is fine :)

We take good care of each other here at this place, are very considerate and sophisticated. We often catch up over a glass of wine and/or food that one of us cooked up on a spontaneous basis. Our flatmateship is natural, not forced, and it is important to us that the right kind of person joins us.
