Two flatmates are seeking to replace a third roommate who is off on a new adventure. The apartment is centrally located in a well maintained gated complex, with a pool and stunning views of the swan river and city. Just a short walk from the Victoria Park transfer station, a short distance to the cafe street and local Woolies and less than a 10 min drive from Curtin University- the convenience factor is unbeatable.
The apartment is neat and tidy, fully furnished with all white goods, dishwasher, air conditioner etc. The available room is unfurnished, and has comfortably fit a queen bed and other furnishings with double built in robes.
