The accommodation is only metres from the Evanston (Gawler) train station. The area is quiet and pleasant.
The room is a good size and has a double bed, two bedside tables, bookcase and TV outlet plus ensuite and walk-in-robe. The room can be provided unfurnished if you wish.
The rent includes electricity, gas and water. Household and laundry cleaning products, milk and basic breakfast items are also included.
I'm a bad cook so I gave up providing full board years ago; now it's just bed and breakfast.
The house is fairly new, so the kitchen and laundry (with dryer) are modern.
Off street parking is available.
Myself, I am a divorced easy going, 70yo male (I come from a large family: 7 sisters and two brothers, and that's why I'm so easy going!); retired with 2 cats, four adult children (who live elsewhere).
My current activities include kayaking, tenpin bowling and teaching myself French.
My most recent flatmate, a 31yo female, was here for over 12 months and the previous flatmate, a 34yo female, was here for just over 2 years. Both would be pleased to provide references.
