Who are we? Tim (52yo) and my two boys (Gus 14 and Tom 16) who are only here 3-5 nights a fortnight, the rest with their mum. They are funny, intelligent, sociable, respectful, considerate private school kids. Oh, and our little Jack Russell dog, Dinky. We are away every second weekend at our farm in the mountains.
Fantastic location right in the heart of Paddington's famous fashion quarter. 1-10 min stroll to most things - fashion, restaurants, bakeries, pubs, night clubs, 2 cinemas, beauty, hair, gyms, yoga, post office, bookshops, dry cleaners, homewares, parks. Venturing further: 15 min walk to city. 12 min walk to Kings Cross train station. 10 min bus to Bondi Junction (bus stop 50m from front door).
It’s perfect for home-office. Off your bedroom you have a glass-enclosed area for reading or a desk , overlooking Oxford Street, and at ground level a half-floor office area. Lower ground level is a large storage area with plenty of space.
While the front of the house faces South onto Oxford Street, it is surprisingly quiet. The main house faces North, overlooking a private leafy courtyard with rear lane access to a double lock-up garage, and city views from the entertaining deck.

Tim is into health & fitness, the arts, enjoys good wine, food and conversation. Tim has a portfolio career: sheep farmer, tech entrepreneur, stock market investor.
Tom is in Year 11 and Gus Year 10. Both nice kids - sporty, well mannered, intelligent, sociable.
